REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
GenComix exercises a 30-day refund and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund or return.
Please use our Contact form with “Seeking Refund/Return for [Order Number]” in the Title, followed by a full description of your complaint.
To be eligible, your order must be in the same condition as it was received, along with its original packaging and a receipt as proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order to report any damage incurred during transit. Keep the original packaging, as we will require photographic evidence of the damage for insurance purposes.
Once approved, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement for your order (one-time only). We will reimburse you for basic ground shipping to return the damaged item and its original packaging. Upon receipt of the original order, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement of the order, free of charge.
Missing Products from Order
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us to report any items missing from your purchase within seven (7) business days of your receipt. We will ship a replacement for free.
If you have not received your order within seven (7) business days of its expected arrival, please contact us so we can investigate its transit.
Should your order have been lost in transit, we will offer either a full refund or ship a replacement of the items your purchased, free of charge.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you had purchased the incorrect items. We will reimburse you for basic ground shipping to return the items. Upon our receipt, we will issue a refund for the returned items.
To purchase the correct items, please submit a new order.
No Refunds or Returns for Digital Products
We are not responsible for the loss of digital products, or the loss of email receipts containing links for digital product downloads.
We highly recommend saving copies of your purchased digital product on multiple storages, and archiving your email receipt with the download link.
Refund Processing Period
If we have issued a refund, please understand that it may take a few days to be processed by your bank.
